Boundary: baseline profiles do not yield calibrated forecasts of response magnitude or responder identity — the atlas tracks response order, not efficacy.

Human Response Intelligence

The real information about an intervention is written in how people respond — not in cell lines, and not in baseline profiles. Response data is the first-principles material that turns interventions into computable objects.

Response is the fingerprint

Only when pre/post molecular shifts are organized into a stable response order does an intervention acquire a comparable, searchable, cross-population-verifiable fingerprint — information unreachable from baseline states or cell-line models alone.

Beyond methylation

The response-order idea is not limited to one molecular layer: paired human response data from transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics and other omics are all welcome, together approximating the full picture of intervention action.

Grows with every dataset

Each new intervention template makes it easier to place an individual's observed response onto candidate interventions — population-scale human response intelligence keeps growing with the data.

Submit

Scientists and institutions submit intervention response data (public accessions or coordinated collection; beyond methylation, human omics data such as transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics are all welcome); the platform builds and publishes the response-order template with its study-series scope and congruence annotation.

Query

Match an individual's observed response against the template library: which intervention does this response resemble? (within-study-series prototype: top-1 58%, top-3 76%)

Compare

Contrast expected response topologies of candidate interventions, providing a basis for prioritizing intervention–state hypotheses in prospective studies.

Governance principles

Open by default for public data

Response templates built from public data are published openly, with full methods and permutation calibration.

Honest boundaries

Every template carries its study-series scope, congruence level, and statistical boundaries; no claims of individual efficacy prediction, and no cross-study-series intervention-class specificity until validated.

Join the effort

Intervention research teams are invited to express response-data submission interest — public accession or collaborative collection; we reply with the handoff and template-building process.

An industry collaboration module will be launched later. Animal-model data support will be provided in a later release.
